Prototypes exist to find problems while they're cheap. We build functional parts — not display models — so you can test fit, test function, and iterate before anyone cuts steel.
For plastic and metal parts that need to work, not just look right.

For the metalwork around your product: enclosures, brackets, chassis, panels.
Sheet metal is often the fastest path to a shippable product — no mold required. Many of our clients ship their first 500 units in bent metal while the injection mold is being cut.
Honest answer: most products need two to three prototype rounds. The first finds the big problems (fit, interference, wrong assumptions). The second refines. The third is usually the one you'd show a customer. Budget for three; celebrate if you need two. This is still an order of magnitude cheaper than re-cutting a mold.
